THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST
DATE:
Friday, April 10, 2020.
THEME:
The Christian Armour: The Word of God. I.
MEMORY VERSE:
“And take…the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
Ephesians 6:17.
TODAY’S TEXT:
Acts 19:20-21.
“So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed. After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.”
TODAY’S MESSAGE:
The word of God is an offensive weapon. It is called the sword of the spirit. The more reason Hebrews 4:12 speaks thus: *”For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”*
Meanwhile, we all know that sword is very important in warfare, it is what you use wreck the company of your adversaries. The word of God, is the mind and the promise of God concerning you. The more you mastered the usage, the more enemies you will destroy.
Furthermore, John 10:35 declared, *”If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken.”* Frankly speaking, those that receive God’s word are gods, they are always victorious, through the power of the word of God. Do know that, the scripture cannot lie.
Finally, Acts 20:32
*”And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up…”* Beloved, if you and I want to remain champions in Christ Jesus, we must marry God’s word, dwell on it to reshape us and we shall be built up for God’s glorious usage.
God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

King of Kings and Lord of lords, in you resides all power and authority. Help me Lord, to daily dig deep and dwell in Your word, that I may be able to deal vengeance to your enemies in Jesus name. Amen.
