Hebrews 12:4.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Daniel 4:27.
“Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
In war people fight to win, it is a fight to finish the suppose enemies and gain victory. To which they sustain various degrees of injuries. While some only have scratches, others have injuries with lost of lots of blood and they still win the battle.
Meanwhile, our memory verse reveals that of the truth, *”Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.”* Are you presently battling with sins: known and unknown sins? Are you determine to win the war against sins? The truth is that, we must not relent in fighting against sin, for our earthly lives depends on it and the eternity.
Furthermore, you must break away from the grip of sins, through the righteousness in Jesus Christ. Also, showing mercy to others, delivers mercy of God on our own life’s table.

THEME:
Saying No To Ichabod.

MEMORY VERSE:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23.

TODAY’S TEXT:
1 Samuel 4:21-22.
“And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband. And she said, The glory is departed from Israel: for the ark of God is taken.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
What is Ichabod? Ichabod is the departed glory, a dead or a lost of glory. And why do you have to say no to Ichabod? It is because, the absence or the opposite of glory is Shame. Therefore, do all in your power to prevent Ichabod in your life. May you not know shame in Jesus name. Amen.
Dear friend, you will agree with me that, it is unnatural for four people to died from a family in a single day. That was the scenario or the full picture of our today’s text. For when divine covering is removed, calamity will fall upon disaster, and catastrophe will be the order of the day.
How do you prevent Ichabod? Our memory verse says; *”For all have sin, and fall short of God’s glory.”* It is by steering clear of any appearance of evil, abstain from sins, yield to divine warning or correction and genuinely return to God’s grace and mercy.
In conclusion, the scripture says in Jude 1:24, *”Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling…”* That Him is Jesus Christ, Jesus is the one to keep you from falling or from losing your glory. Beloved, call on Jesus as you run to Him today, and your glory will never departed from you.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
My glory will not depart from me.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, let your glory flood my body, soul, spirit and my life. Oh Lord, remove everything that can cause shame far from me and my family in Jesus name. Amen.

Yours in Christ,
B. J. Folorunsho.

THEME:
Fruits Of The Spirit: Meekness.

MEMORY VERSE:
“The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.”
Psalms 147:6.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Galatians 5:22-23.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
Meekness is otherwise known as humility. Which is to be humble, modest and submissive. It is the softness of temper mildness and forbearance under injuries and provocations.
Nevertheless, the scripture says of Moses as the most meek person of his time. (Numbers 12:3) What about you? For humility is the resignation or submission to the divine will, without murmuring, complaining or arrogance. Do you accept God’s will for your life? Are you genuinely and daily follow God’s plan for your life?
Furthermore, meekness is a grace which Jesus alone inculcated, and which no ancient philosopher seems to have understood or recommended. For they sees it as reducing of ones status or position.
In conclusion, the spirit of God, help us to submit in totality to God’s command and as our today’s text declared; *”The Lord lift up the meek.”* Don’t forget that, the Lord Jesus Christ, humble Himself. (Philippians 2:8) And God lifted Him up, above all creation. (Ephesians 1:20-23)

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
Through meekness, I will continue to submit to God’s command and will for my life.

PRAYER POINT:
Heavenly Father, help me to always submit to your will and purpose for my life. And I as humble myself before You, may I not know shame in Jesus name. Amen.

Yours in Christ,
B. J. Folorunsho.
