THEME:
Christian Leadership And Administration. I.
MEMORY VERSE:
“But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.”
Luke 22:26.
TODAY’S TEXT:
2 Corinthians 9:12-13.
“For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God; Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection into the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men.”
TODAY’S MESSAGE:
Leadership is the capacity of someone to lead, while administration is the act of tendering something to another. A Christian leader without administrative charisma will be inefficient and ineffective as a leader. Therefore, a Christian leader must be an administrator and a teacher.
Meanwhile, our today’s text speak of administration as not only service to the saints, but of expression of gratitude to God. Beloved, don’t forget the need for loyalty, generosity, obedience to God’s command and hopeful about future positive results.
Moreover, in our memory verse, Jesus declared that there should be a clear distinction between worldly administration and Christian administration. That, *”he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.”* Genuine service is the key to effective administration.
In conclusion, the truth remain that, administration is a gift from God and it is for managing the available resources to achieve expected good or catering for resources release by God through the Holy Spirit. Are you a Christian leader? Do know that, a Christian leader must always be ready to correct with love.
God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.
