THEME:
Christian Leadership And Administration. III.

MEMORY VERSE:
“But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.”
1 Corinthians 12:11.

TODAY’S TEXT:
1 Corinthians 12:4-6.
“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
In the last part of this series, we lay emphasis on feeding the flock, overseeing the affairs of God’s elects and the will to serve God for the salvation of mankind as part of Christian leader’s input to the kingdom of God.
Nevertheless, the diversities of gifts; be it administration, operation and the likes come from the same spirit, to beautify and uniquely keep the body of Christ as one, for the advancement of God’s kingdom.
Furthermore, in order for a Christian leader to maximize results, the leadership must prioritize: waiting on God in prayers, adequate planning, sincerity with plans, being yourself-don’t imitate and embracing division of labour, that all the gifts, may function according to the dictates of the giver; God.
In conclusion, in order for Christian leadership and administration to go seamlessly, we must not put “a round peg in a sphere hole,” putting a wrong person in leadership, will result to bad administration. Genuine service is one key that the Christian leadership and administration requires to perform maximally.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.
