TODAY’S TEXT:
1 Kings 17:12-13.
“And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.”
TODAY’S MESSAGE:
The givers are men and women, who gives unconditionally to the needy. Naturally, the givers irrespective of their financial status and state of health, never cease in giving. God strategically position them to serve as a saving grace to the languishing souls. Dear friend, may you meet them this day in Jesus name.
Our today’s text gives a picture of who a giver is, the scripture called the woman a widow, and even in her state, she was able to share what was left of her, which was not enough for her household with Elijah, the very last meal of her family.
Joyfully, our memory verse reports the outcome of her actions. You may seems to be at the crossroad, not knowing a way out, just look up unto God and you will see His ready provision for you.
In conclusion dearly beloved, natural givers, give up their time, talent and treasures to you, in your hours of great need. Do know that, you are a saving grace to others too. May God send givers your way, and make you a giver yourself in Jesus name. Amen.
God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.
