Collective Race With An Individual Reward. IV.

THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST.

DATE: Wednesday, May 23, 2019.

THEME: Collective Race With An Individual Reward. IV.

MEMORY VERSE:
“Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.”
Matthew 25:45.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Matthew 25:41-43.
“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
The truth remain that God had put everything in place, for His children’s blessings and pleasure. And all; be it wealth, connection, affluence, skills, talents and so on. God endowed us with them for our enjoyment, and that of the others, even to the satisfaction of all.
However, God bless His children’s accordingly in order to fit into the divine agenda, set for each of the children, as we race collectively, notwithstanding, our rewards is personal.
Meanwhile, in our today’s text, the Lord HIMSELF declared, “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.” Well, It is in our nature to help people we know or people that are capable of reciprocating in return our good deeds to them.
Nevertheless, our memory verse,
unravel the mystery of rewards for things done and for failure to do things unconditionally.
Conclusively, the scripture says, “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” (Peter 4:10) That, we are only custodians of these blessings, which we must disseminate to all, irrespective of their tribe, status or background. May you not be judged based on things you ought to do and not do in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you. *Jesus is coming very soon.* Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
I will show love to all. And be good to men and women around me.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, help me to see you, in all the people that come my way. And may I not fail in my responsibilities to them in Jesus name. Amen.

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
The opening of this series, indicated that as Christians, our pilgrimage here on earth, is a common one. While our rewards will be based on our individual commitment to the work of the kingdom of God.
Meanwhile, our today’s text charge us as Christians: *”Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord… but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God…according to his own purpose and grace.”* So, shame is one negative feelings that can make one to relent on one’s efforts and commitment to the given assignment.
More so, as we run our race, there will be time, when you staggered and fall, a time when people will mock and abuse you. Beloved, do know that, whatever the affliction that comes your way, the power of God, will sustain you to finish your race, well and strong.
Conclusively, our memory verse expressly encourage us to be strong, diligent and committed till the end. For our work will surely be rewarded. And if we work together, we are bound to achieve great things together. Knowing full well that, our individual reward, will be great from God. May you be strong and diligent in the work of the kingdom of God in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you. *Jesus is coming very soon.* Be prepared.

Revelation 3:20.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Matthew 25:5-6.
“While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
Every journey has it starting point, although the end to each differs. In life, there are numerous journey one has to make, in order to be fulfilled. And these journeys varies for an individual, for some it is short, some moderate and others may have it lengthy.
Meanwhile as Christians, our journey here is determined by our commander; Jesus Christ. And the good news is that Jesus Christ; our commander, is the coming king.
Our today’s text reveals that, “While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.” A king is a man of many parts, a man that requires the attention of every sector of his kingdom. He was on his timeline and not with individuals timetable. And whoever that requires his attention, must be ready to pay the price.
Furthermore, the King Himself expressly declared to you and I saying: “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” (Revelation 22:12-13.)
In conclusion, the king when He comes, will be standing by, awaiting your invitation to come in or not. Wellbeloved, let’s kindly examine ourselves, in line with the coming of our Lord, saviour and king. The question is, When I died or He comes today, will I meet with Him? May you and I, not miss His coming in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you. *Jesus is coming very soon.* Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
I will be readily prepared for the coming of my King.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, you are the King of kings. Please Lord, help me to be prepared and ready for your coming. And may my efforts in waiting not be a waste in Jesus name. Amen.
