THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST.
DATE: TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2019.
THEME: ARE YOU SURE?
MEMORY VERSE:
“The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.”
Exodus 15:2.
TODAY’S TEXT:
Psalms 27:1, 4.
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.”
TODAY’S MESSAGE:
At salvation, we were watched, renew and set apart, as a new creature. Knowing full well, that old things had passed away and all things is new. More so, Holy Spirit help us to get along with the things of the spirit, as we daily meditates on the word of God.
However, it is sadden to note that, the majority, that claimed to have been saved, still live and engaged in activities that are void of regenerated life. The question now is, _”Are We Sure, that our salvation is intact?, And still possess same vibrant and healthy Christian lifestyle, as it was when we first gave our lives?”_
Meanwhile, Apostle Paul admonishes us in Titus 1:9 saying:
*”Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.”* Invariably, you and I must be firm in faith, grow in the sound apostolic knowledge, educate our fellow brethrens and convince the doubtful.
In conclusion, it is pertinent to declared that, there is tendency to fall from grace, but when this happens, what do we do? do you make amendments to salvage your salvation? And are you sure, that you will make Heaven, if Jesus come today? May God help us to be ever ready for Heavenly call in Jesus name. Amen
God bless you. *Jesus is coming very soon.* Be prepared.
DAILY CONFESSION:
I will hold on to Jesus: The permanent anchor of my soul.
PRAYER POINT:
Father, please give me grace to be ever ready for the Heavenly call. And help me Lord, to cooperate with your grace upon my life in Jesus name. Amen.
