Divine Help: The Worshippers.

THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST

DATE:
Thursday, January 23, 2020.

THEME:
Divine Help: The Worshippers.

MEMORY VERSE:
“We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers.”
1 Thessalonians 1:2.

TODAY’S TEXT:
2 Thessalonians 2:13-14.
“But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
The worshippers are those, who worship, praise and give thanks to God on your behalf. They know the worth of God’s steadfast love you enjoy. And they blessed the name of the Lord, for His faithfulness and blessings upon you and all yours.
More so, just like the prayer conquerors, the worshippers also with gladness and grateful heart without ceasing from the depths of their heart applauding and giving appreciation to God for His many blessings.
Furthermore, it is like having a good friend, who whenever he sees you with one new clothes, plate, accessories or any other valuable gifts, will go to your father, to say *’thank you sir, for the new gift given to my dear friend.’* without you knowing or consent. The question is, what will be the reaction of that father towards his child? He will be delighted for the kind of friend, the son has, and he will be happy to do more for the son, in order to receive more accolades.
Finally, worshippers praise God intensively on behalf of others. Are you a worshipper yourself? Are you always grateful for God’s provisions, no matter how small or big it appears? May gratitude become your attitude that you may receive the fullness of divine help now and always in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
I will sing of the mercies of Lord forever.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, you are gracious in grace and mercy.

Yours in Christ,
B. J. Folorunsho.
