TODAY’S TEXT:
2 Corinthians 3:8-10 “How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
In the last part of this series, we considered fellowship as one of the reasons, why God created you and I. That He wants a constant communication and interaction that is genuine and everlasting.
However, a story was told of a criminal who performed a miracle along the crime scene. After his gangs robbed a supermarket beside the king’s palace and as they were running away, before the arrival of the police, the young man stumbled upon a woman weeping beside the road for her dead child and they both fell. And as he rise to go the Holy Spirit grips his heart and he quickly pray a short Prayer saying; *”Boy, rise up and live in Jesus name. Amen.”* Turning to catch up with his gangs, the dead child sneezed and turned, the woman quickly grabbed him, hugged him and began to thank God for his son, who had passed out almost 72 hours ago but came back to life.
Invariably, many at times, we ventured in a wrong ventures such as business, career, profession, ministry and so on, running outside God’s plan for our lives. Dear friend, wherever we find ourselves, let us know that we are created for God’s glory. God is the one that creates, call and ordained our daily experiences.

Eyes Of Understanding.

THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST

DATE: Sunday, November 10, 2019.

THEME: Eyes of Understanding.

MEMORY VERSE:
“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power.”
Ephesians 1:19.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Ephesians 1:17-18.
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
Eyes of understanding comprises of two major words: Eyes and Understanding. What is an eye? It is an organ that is sensitive to light, which it converts to electrical signals passed to the brain, by which means animals see. The visual sense. The ability to notice what others might miss. What is Understanding?
This is an emotional process of comprehension, assimilation of knowledge, which is subjective by its nature. It is also the ability to grasp the full meaning of knowledge. A reconciliation of differences.
Therefore, when we combine eyes and understanding together, we arrived at the point of greatness and genuine leadership. In 1 Kings 3:9 of king Solomon pray a simple prayer saying: *”Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?”*
More so, Understanding is to know and act accordingly for the purpose which it is given, which is the right application of knowledge. The testimony about young King Solomon as we have it in 1 Kings 3:28, “And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to do judgment.”
In conclusion beloved in Christ, Apostle Paul call our attention to the facts that when our eyes of understanding is enlighten, _”we will know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.”_ may you not fail in your calling and may the riches of God’s glory be your covering now and always in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
I will not fail God’s grace upon my life and His glory with mercy will I cherish forever.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, enlighten my eyes of understanding. That I may be able to attain your desire for my life and generations yet unborn. May I not fail in the life’s examination in Jesus name. Amen.

Yours in Christ,
B. J. Folorunsho.

Why Were You Created. I.

THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST

THEME: Why Were You Created. I.

MEMORY VERSE:
“And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ.”
Ephesians 3:9.

TODAY’S TEXT:
Genesis 3:8-10.
“And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
Many a times, we lose focus and got caught up in the web of this present world and age. We are seen running the competitive battle of superiority, of who is the most influential or who is in charge. The desire to rule and subject others to our bidding consumed us. Forgetting the reason why we were created.
Beloved, why were you created? Can you fathom it? Do you constantly call to mind, the reason for your existence? If not, do consciously reflect on it. Meanwhile, Holy Spirit spoke through Apostle Paul in our memory verse, by revealing the ancient mystery that is hid in God from the beginning of the world, which is to *”Fellowship with mankind.”* God desire fellowship with you and I, He wants a constant communication and fellowship.
Furthermore, our today’s text gives us the picture of God seeking for mankind’s fellowship, saying: *”And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?”* Dear friend, God is still seeking for your continual attention, through Prayers, Bible study, Souls winning, Care for the Needy, and if you are yet to know Him, call Him today to reveal Himself to you.
Conclusively, God created mankind for fellowship, he seeks communion with man.(Genesis 3: 9) In fellowship there is visitation, there is exchange of gifts. And do know that Satan will bow, your enemies will fade away, boldness will reign in place of fear. May you receive the grace to live a fulfill life in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*

PRAYER POINT:
Father Lord, I need your presence always, help me to live for you. And to continually fellowship with you, never to depart from your presence in Jesus name. Amen.

B. J. Folorunsho.

Oh Lord, For Thy Mercies’ Sake.

THE NARROW WAY DAILY DIGEST

DATE: Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

THEME: Oh Lord, For Thy Mercies’ Sake.

MEMORY VERSE:
“Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake.”
Psalms 6:4.

TODAY’S TEXT:
1 Timothy 1:12-14.
“And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry; Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:
According to Wiktionary definition, Mercy is the act of relenting; forbearance to cause or allow harm to another. It is forgiveness or compassion, especially toward those less fortunate. It is a tendency towards forgiveness, pity, or compassion.
Meanwhile, mercy is a free gift from God. And it is meant to be one of God’s children many virtues. A blessing to whoever you give it to, something to be thankful for, when you receive it, because not everybody give it. The more reason brother Paul says, *”I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, Who hath enabled me…a blasphemer, a persecutor, but obtained I mercy.”*
However, every sin committed, brings about condemnation and qualifies one for death before God. For the scripture declared in Romans 6:23 saying; _”For the wages of sin is death…”_ This condemnation is upheld by Satan, the accuser of the brethren before God, in order that all may perish through sin. Even after salvation, many a times, we find ourselves in besetting sins, to which the accuser immediately report so as to lose our salvation in Christ. Beloved, just like David, when we realized our sinful state, it is expected of us to cry out to God saying, _”Oh Lord, not for your justice, but for your mercy sake.”_
Finally, another scripture declared the divine principle that says, *”Mercy prevailed over judgement.”* Nevertheless, God’s wrath is calmed when mercy speaks. Sin brings about damnation, justice brings about judgement, while mercy brings about redemption. May the Lord remember mercy concerning your case in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless you.
Till He returns or call you home, do remain in the power of His love.
*Jesus is coming very soon.*
Be prepared.

DAILY CONFESSION:
I plead for mercy. Mercy of God, will speak for me.

PRAYER POINT:
Merciful Father, please remember mercy. For your mercy sake, take away every works of the enemies that militates against my life in Jesus name. Amen.

Yours in Christ,
B. J. Folorunsho.
